In the
cold winter conditions due to
difference of internal and external
temperature
Water Vapor moves from hot to cold
areas and tries to escape from roof,
walls,
windows and floor.
-
To
overcome heat loss in uninsulated
buildings we have to overheat the
areas.By
applying heat insulation to the
walls,we eleminate excessive heat
loss.Fuel
consumption is reduced . This has
important positive effect in private
and state
economy,and reduce air polution as
well. Necessary precautions should
also be taken
to prevent heat losses thru roof ,
windows floors and walls .We
emphecise the
benefit of heat insulation by
following example .In cars we heat
the rear glass to
eleminate wapour condensation by
means of electrically heated
resistance wires In
cold air externall walls are cold.Water
vapour,formed by internal heating,
condensates on the walls, condensed
vapor is evaluated as seepage of
rain water
thru wall . This can be eliminated
by insulating the external walls .
-
Difference in heat between two
points of inner spaces is reduced by
insulation of
walls.This provides comfort to
occupants.

HISTORY OF COMPLETE HEAT INSULATION
- External wall heat insulation,
started 1940 in Sweeden.Heat loss
from the walls have
been reduced by mineral wool cowered
with lime and cement plastering .This
method
became popular in Europe .In 1960 ,
polistrain panel , reinforcing mesh
and plaster
application appeared in West Germany
.
- In 1987 ceMMix company being
pioneer in TURKEY started producing
mortars and
accesories for THE COMPLETE HEAT
INSULATION SYSTEM and made
application as
well. Our products meeting European
standarts,prouved success since
1987.
- Although being the producer ,our
company has contracted the projects
of well known
companies such as TEKFEN,ÜSTAY,MESA,NUROL.The
workers trained by ceMMix
campany are performing succesfull
applications all around TÜRKİYE .
- Supplying good quiality
components for THE COMPLETE HEAT
INSULATION SYSTEM,
is our compony's satisfaction.
