Wolmix has excellent vapor diffusion due to being cement based and having chemical additives. Wolmix shows good compatibility and adhesion on repaired surfaces. Resistance to water and humidity is the result of high water repellency of Wolmix

Wolmix is used to level and smooth cast in concrete light weight concrete plastered wall surfaces.
Hair cracks, blisters on repaired surfaces is improved and leveled by Wolmix

Consumption of Wolmix varies depending on smoothness required. 1-2 kg/m²is consumed in every layer.

Wolmix should be stored in a dry place. Must not be stored more than ten rows. Shell life is 6 months.

Surface where Wolmix should be structurally sound, free from dust, dirt, oil and substances reducing adhesion. Paint on the surface should be completely removed. Major defects sould be repaired by Wolmix prior to final leveling. 6-7 kg clean water is gradually added to 25 kg Wolmix It is throughly mixed by low speed mixer (preferably 400 rpm) until required consistency. It takes 5-10 minutes to becomes paste consistency. Mixed again and paste becomes ready to apply. Wolmix is applied by special spade or steel trowell. First layer is applied, if required second layer. In hot and dry weather surfaces should be wetted to allow hydration. Mortar should be consumed with in following 3 hours. Mortar should not be used after hardening. Times given above ar efor 23˚C and 50% relative humidity in hot and dry seasons surface to be applied should be wetted. Leveled sufaces should not be subject to external effect until setting. İnitial set of paste takes 1 week. Final set takes 28 days. When required glasswool mesh may be used for major cracks.
