MIXOVIT-A is a High quality adhesive mortar specially suited for adhering insulation panels to the walls MIXOVIT-A it is ready mixed,dry,mineral ,polimer based high quality adhesive.

Subsurface should be sound and rigid ,free from dust and oil ,if not should be cleaned by sweeping and washing .Before application absorbant surfaces should be wetted.

MIXOVIT-A ,powder adhesive ,is prepared as mortar by mixing with water .One bag ,25 kg of ready mix powder is mixed with 4-5 kg water.A suitable hand mixer (400 rpm) can be used .Mortor should be remixed prior to using and consumed within next two hours.

Mortar should not be remixed and used after setting.

MIXOVIT-A mortar is applied to the back sides of the insulation panels to form 5 cm large 1 cm thick strips all around and 10 cm wide 4 points The insulation panels are adhered to the wall from bottom upward , wider side horizontal ,rows shifted half way . Adhesive should not be overlaid and exposed between layers .Alternatively,adhesive may be laid to compelete surface of insulation panel by means of a combed trowel.Gaps between panels should be filled by small polistrain pieces and levelled.İn normal climatic conditions ,24 hours should be left for initial settings of adhesive mortar .

MIXOVIT-A should not be used in belove 5 °C for the next 24 hours.
