APPLICATION |
|

Application of joint
filler should be 48
hours after from fixing
by FAYMİX.Joints should
be free from dust and
dirt. FUGAMİX mortar is
prepared at required
consistency by mixing
with water 6.5-7 kg
clean water is added to
25 kg joint filler clean
water is gradually added
and mixed with low speed
mixer (400 RPM). Prior
to using mortar is
remixedand left to rest
for 5 hours.Joint are
filled by spreading
mortar usıng a soft
rubber trowel.After 1
hour surface is swept
and cleaned by a wet
cloth .Surface is
polished by dry cloth.At
20 ºC and 50% relative
humidity mortar should
not be reused avoid
working under direct
sunlight, wind and
belowe +5°C. |
